Job Summary
A for-profit university is filling a position for a Online Associate Instructional Design Faculty Member in Chandler.
Core Responsibilities of this position include:
- Emphasizing a student-centered learning environment through active engagement
- Adhering to all faculty requirements such as facilitating and engaging in classroom discussion boards, grading assignments and responding to student inquiries in a timely manner
- Providing instructive feedback that challenges and inspires students while providing specific suggestions to improve the quality of their work and thinking
Position Requirements Include:
- Residence and eligibility to work in the United States
- Minimum of a Doctoral Degree in the field of Instructional Design, Instructional Technology, or related field
- Work related experience in Instructional Design, Training, or Education
- Proficiency in common internet tools, Word, Excel and PowerPoint
- Demonstrated commitment to teaching in an online environment
- Ability to effectively demonstrates high expectations throughout the course
