Job Summary
A university is filling a position for a Online Aviation Aerospace Industrial Safety Management Adjunct Faculty.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Provide an overview of the breadth of the safety practitioner's responsibilities in the aviation/aerospace industrial environment
- Discuss the role of safety within the management organization and roles and responsibilities of the safety professional
- Outline relevant regulatory requirements and strategies for workplace hazard identification and abatement
Qualifications for this position include:
- Doctoral degree that has a dissertation, cognate, or 18 graduate credit hours in any of the Teaching Disciplines
- Valid Occupational Safety and Health experience
- Certified Safety Professional, Certified Industrial Hygienist
