Job Summary

A company is looking for an Online Banking Operations Specialist (Remote - OR, WA, ID & CA).

Key Responsibilities

• Provide professional support to clients and handle incoming inquiries
• Perform account maintenance, resolve issues, and manage Electronic Funds Transfer disputes
• Review exception reports, recommend improvements, and ensure compliance with policies and regulations

Required Qualifications

• High School Diploma required; equivalent education and experience may be considered
• 0 to 2 years of experience in online/retail banking or call center preferred
• Knowledge of retail banking products and online banking services
• Client service and relationship-building skills are essential
• Ability to analyze client-related financial information
