Job Summary

A company is looking for an Online Banking Operations Specialist to provide operational support for the Online Banking Department.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide professional client support and service for online banking inquiries and account maintenance
  • Deliver Tier 2 support via phone, email, and chat, while identifying trends and resolving issues
  • Review exception reports, recommend corrective actions, and ensure compliance with policies and regulations
Required Qualifications
  • High School Diploma required; equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered
  • 0 to 2 years of experience in online/retail banking, call center, or related fields preferred
  • Knowledge of retail banking products and online banking services
  • Ability to analyze client-related financial information
  • Familiarity with policies, procedures, and government regulations related to banking operations
