Online Biology Faculty

Job Summary

Teaching undergraduate and/or graduate courses in Biology, the part-time Online Biology Faculty will deliver online lessons, facilitate classroom discussions, and evaluate student work while engaging in professional development and adhering to educational guidelines in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver online lessons and facilitate interactions in classroom forums
• Evaluate and grade student assignments, providing effective feedback
• Engage in professional development and maintain discipline knowledge

Required qualifications

• Master's degree in Biology or a closely related field from a regionally accredited institution
• Preferred doctoral degree in the relevant field
• At least one year of online, college-level teaching experience
• Record of excellence in teaching
• Expertise in General Biology, Anatomy & Physiology, Microbiology, or Genetics
