Job Summary
Supporting the Online graduate level BUS 520: Leadership & Org Behavior class, the part-time Assistant Faculty will engage with students in remote classrooms, assist with grading and feedback, and manage student communications to foster a successful learning environment.
Key responsibilities:
- Analyze student activity and respond to discussions and assessments based on lead instructor input
- Assist in managing student communications and escalate unique issues to the lead instructor
- Monitor student engagement levels and provide recommendations for improvement
Required qualifications:
- Terminal degree in Business or a Business-related field from a regionally accredited institution
- Professional experience in the field of study, with prior teaching experience preferred
- Experience in online teaching and working with adult learners is preferred
- Professional certification in discipline specialty may be required based on course credentialing
