Online Business Analytics Adjunct Faculty

Job Summary

To support the Online Master of Science in Business Analytics and Online MBA programs, the part-time Adjunct Faculty (Section Lead) will lead asynchronous course sections, engaging with students through announcements, discussion boards, and office hours while providing timely feedback on assignments in a remote setting.

Key responsibilities

• Facilitate course sections by posting announcements, engaging in discussions, and offering virtual office hours
• Grade assignments and provide substantive feedback within specified timelines, monitoring student progress throughout the course
• Collaborate with the Faculty Lead, attending weekly meetings and submitting final grades according to institutional policies

Required qualifications

• Master's degree in business/data analytics, computer science, or a closely related field
• Significant expertise and relevant professional or instructional experience in business/data analytics or related disciplines
• Experience providing instruction to adult learners in academic or corporate settings
• Demonstrated excellence in digital communication and collaboration
• Commitment to creating an inclusive learning environment for a diverse student population
