Job Summary

A private, for-profit educational institution has a current position open for a Online CIS Software Development Faculty Member.

Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:

  • Provide practical hands-on instruction in an engaging learning environment
  • Incorporate innovative teaching methodologies in order to enhance the learning experience of our students and achieve learning outcomes

Position Requirements Include:

  • Master’s degree in Computer Information Science or a Master’s degree with 18 graduate semester hours in the discipline from a regionally accredited educational institution
  • 3-5 years industry experience required
  • Programming experience in one or more of these languages: C, C++, C#, Java, JavaScript, PHP
  • Database experience with either MS SQL Server or Oracle, and SQL (Structured Query Language)
  • Proven  strong academic and professional record
  • Experience in a student-centric and hands-on learning environment
