Job Summary

Covering overnight hours, the Online Client Advisor - Hawaii will manage live chat interactions, follow up on abandoned checkouts, and engage high-intent customers to drive sales, all while working remotely in a commission-driven role.

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor live chat and provide product expertise and guidance to customers in real time
• Follow up on abandoned checkouts to recover sales and answer outstanding questions
• Develop and nurture long-term client relationships, building a personal book of business

Required Qualifications

• Sales-driven mindset with a proven ability to convert inquiries into closed business
• Tech-savvy, with experience using CRM and e-commerce tools like HubSpot and Shopify
• Self-motivated and disciplined, able to work independently during overnight hours
• Genuine enthusiasm for watches or a strong willingness to learn
