Job Summary

A college needs applicants for an opening for an Online College and Career Success Instructor.

Core Responsibilities Include:

Reflecting on and developing the ability to communicate effectively through multiple modes of communication
Developing critical thinking skills such as problem solving, analysis, decision making, and recognizing bias in sources
Acquiring skills and tools to self-assess intrapersonal skills

Skills and Requirements Include:

Experience in developing and/or teaching courses for young adults in a virtual, online environment
Experience teaching diverse student populations in diverse settings
Experience supporting young adults with college persistence and/or career exploration
Strong interpersonal skills including clear and effective communication skills
Strong intrapersonal skills including conscientiousness, professionalism, growth mindset, and the ability to problem solve
Proficiency using online technologies and demonstrated experience communicating complex processes and information virtually
