Skills and Requirements Include:

• Experience in developing and/or teaching courses for young adults in a virtual, online environment
• Experience teaching diverse student populations in diverse settings
• Experience supporting young adults with college persistence and/or career exploration
• Strong interpersonal skills including clear and effective communication skills
• Strong intrapersonal skills including conscientiousness, professionalism, growth mindset, and the ability to problem solve
• Proficiency using online technologies and demonstrated experience communicating complex processes and information virtually
