Job Summary
Providing online instruction in Effective Speaking, the part-time General Studies Adjunct - Communications/Speech will teach courses remotely on a quarter-by-quarter basis, contributing to student learning and engagement.
Key responsibilities
- Deliver online lectures and facilitate discussions in Effective Speaking courses
- Assess student performance and provide constructive feedback on assignments
- Collaborate with faculty to enhance course content and instructional strategies
Required qualifications
- Doctoral degree in Communications or a related discipline preferred; master's degree with 18 graduate semester hours in the discipline accepted
- Demonstrated excellence in postsecondary teaching preferred
