Job Summary

A company is looking for an Online Community Manager to lead its internal online collaboration hub and knowledge sharing platform.

Key Responsibilities
  • Curate and expand content for organizational knowledge sharing and retention, analyzing community usage data and feedback
  • Manage vendor relationships and recommend platform enhancements and integration opportunities with business systems
  • Engage with community members, respond to inquiries, onboard new users, and monitor community health through performance metrics
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
  • Bachelor's degree and 5-6+ years of experience in community management or related fields
  • Experience working in a mid-to-large organization across multiple functions or disciplines
  • Demonstrated ability to engage diverse stakeholders and drive digital tool adoption
  • Technical fluency to evaluate platform capabilities and recommend improvements
  • Experience creating or curating content that meets community needs
