Required Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience managing Discord and/or Reddit communities
• Strong understanding of community engagement and participation
• Proven track record of managing end-to-end community projects
• Comfortable with online communities and internet culture
• Proactive and self-directed with a balance of creativity and execution
