Job Summary
A non-profit organization is seeking a Online Computer Science Instructor.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Lead instruction
- Prepare for class each day by reviewing GWC curriculum materials
- Manage a team of 5 Teaching Assistants
Skills and Requirements Include:
- BA or BS in education, computer science, or a related STEM field; must be completed by the start of the program
- Equivalent work experience and technical proficiency may be acceptable in lieu of a CS degree
- Must be coachable and model a growth mindset
- Proficiency in at least one of the following programming languages
- Excellent time management and organizational skills
