Job Summary

Equipping students with essential money skills, the part-time Online Consumer Math Teacher will deliver engaging live lessons remotely, focusing on budgeting, credit, taxes, and personal finance while assessing student progress and adapting teaching methods to ensure effective learning outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan and deliver high-quality live lessons in Consumer Math tailored to a diverse international student group
• Utilize various teaching strategies and digital tools to foster an interactive online classroom environment
• Assess student progress, provide targeted feedback, and manage course schedules and educational materials effectively

Required Qualifications

• A minimum of 5 years' teaching experience at the high school level (Grades 9-12) in a school setting
• A Bachelor's degree or higher in Mathematics or a related field
• Exceptional communication skills for effective interaction with students, parents, and the teaching team
• Familiarity with online teaching platforms and a passion for technology-enabled education
• Knowledge of a US high school curriculum and associated external examinations
