Job Summary

A travel company is seeking an Online Corporate Travel Quality Representative.

Core Responsibilities of this position include:

  • Processing exchanges and Phase IV using SABRE and APOLLO Knowledge of Travel Expert
  • Providing quality control analysis and PNR documentation requirement review
  • Working inter-departmentally with colleagues to provide feedback on errors

Qualifications Include:

  • 3 + years Corporate Travel industry experience
  • High School Diploma/GED
  • SABRE and APOLLO GDS system proficiency
  • Self starter with strong technical knowledge
  • Ability to work with minimum supervision within a self direct team
  • Solid performance goals
