Online Course Coordinator

Job Summary

To support the development and delivery of engaging online programs, the full-time Engaged Online Course Coordinator will manage the Engaged Online Course Initiative, interact with faculty and academic units, and oversee a peer review process to ensure quality in online course design, with potential for hybrid or remote work arrangements.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the Engaged Online Course Initiative and facilitate the EOC Review process to assess online course quality
• Collaborate with faculty and academic units to promote evidence-based practices in online teaching and learning
• Support the development of online degree programs aligned with the university's strategic goals

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree
• 1 year of professional experience in online instructional design or faculty development
• Knowledge of Learning Management Systems, such as Canvas
• Proficiency in Microsoft 365 productivity suite
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
