Job Summary
To develop an online version of the three-credit course LDR 600: Inner Work and Leadership Identity, the part-time Adjunct Online Course Developer will create an eight-module asynchronous course, generate engaging content, and collaborate with the Office of Educational Technologies, all while working remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Create an eight-module asynchronous online course development plan
- Generate online content, including recorded lectures, assignments, and assessment rubrics
- Collaborate with the instructional design team to implement the course in Canvas, ensuring ADA compliance
Required qualifications
- MA or PhD in Leadership or a related field
- Minimum of 2 years of experience developing online learning experiences or teaching online
- Understanding of or experience with contemplative pedagogy
- Demonstrated understanding of the dynamics of privilege and oppression
- Familiarity with Naropa education and leadership is preferred
