Job Summary
To develop an online version of the three-credit course MPA 502: Leadership for Social Transformation, the part-time Adjunct Online Course Developer - Leadership will create an eight-module asynchronous course plan, generate engaging online content, and collaborate with the Office of Educational Technologies, all while working remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Create an eight-module asynchronous online course development plan
- Generate online content, including recorded lectures, assignments, and assessment rubrics
- Collaborate with the instructional design team to ensure quality and ADA compliance in course materials
Required qualifications
- Master's degree in Public Administration (MPA) or Doctorate in Public Administration (DPA)
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in developing online learning experiences or teaching online
- Understanding of contemplative pedagogy
- Demonstrated understanding of privilege and oppression dynamics
- Familiarity with Naropa education and leadership is preferred
