Online Course Developer - Organizational Dynamics

Job Summary

To design an online version of the three-credit course MPA 501: Organizational Dynamics and Management, the part-time Adjunct Online Course Developer - Organizational Dynamics will develop an asynchronous course plan and content, collaborating with the Office of Educational Technologies in a fully remote capacity.

Key responsibilities

• Create an eight-module asynchronous online course development plan
• Generate online content, including recorded lectures, assignments, and assessment rubrics
• Work with the instructional design team to implement the course in Canvas, ensuring ADA compliance and best practices

Required qualifications

• Master's degree in Public Administration (MPA) or Doctorate in Public Administration (DPA)
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in developing online learning experiences or teaching online
• Understanding of contemplative pedagogy
• Demonstrated understanding of the dynamics of privilege and oppression
• Familiarity with Naropa education and leadership preferred
