Job Summary
To support the Master in Public Administration program, the part-time Adjunct Online Course Developer - Research Methods & Analysis will design an eight-module asynchronous online course, focusing on research methods and analysis, while collaborating with the Office of Educational Technologies to create engaging and ADA-compliant content.
Key responsibilities
- Create an eight-module asynchronous online course development plan
- Generate online content, including recorded lectures, assignments, and assessment rubrics
- Work with the instructional design team to implement the course in Canvas, ensuring quality and compliance with best practices
Required qualifications
- Master's degree in Public Administration (MPA) or Doctorate in Public Administration (DPA)
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in developing online learning experiences or teaching online
- Understanding of contemplative pedagogy
- Demonstrated understanding of privilege and oppression dynamics
- Familiarity with Naropa education and leadership is preferred
