Online Course Instructor
Job Summary
Supporting the United States Air Force Air University, the full-time Online/Hybrid Course Instructor and Facilitator will deliver and facilitate graduate and undergraduate courses remotely in various military education programs while engaging students through collaborative learning activities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver online and hybrid instruction across Air Force Global College educational programs
- Facilitate courses in areas such as Strategy & Security Studies and Leadership & Profession of Arms Studies
- Grade assignments and provide individualized feedback to students while maintaining compliance with instructional standards
Required Qualifications:
- Master's degree in a relevant academic discipline from an accredited institution
- Experience teaching or facilitating adult learning programs
- Demonstrated experience with online learning platforms and virtual instruction
- Experience grading and evaluating student performance
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and learning management systems
