Online Cross-Cultural Trainer

Job Summary

Providing customized virtual sessions, the contracted Online Cross-Cultural Trainer will facilitate a "Working Across Cultures" program for a family relocating from Brazil to Bucharest, Romania, focusing on cultural adjustment and competence.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver tailored, dynamic, and engaging training sessions to prepare clients for cultural adjustment
• Create personalized programs addressing business, social, and practical relocation issues while promoting client participation
• Communicate effectively and professionally with clients throughout the training process

Required qualifications

• Native or near-native written and spoken proficiency in English
• Previous experience in providing Cultural Training
• Degree or attendance in Intercultural Studies or related fields
• Home and Host Country experience is preferred but not required
• Strong communication and presentation skills
