Job Summary

Delivering tailored virtual sessions, the contracted Online Cross-Cultural Trainer will provide customized training for a family relocating from the US to Sofia, Bulgaria, focusing on cultural adjustment and competence.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver tailored, dynamic, and engaging sessions that prepare attendees for cultural adjustment
• Provide personalized programs addressing business, social, and practical relocation issues
• Communicate efficiently and professionally with clients throughout the training process

Required qualifications

• Native or near-native written and spoken proficiency in English
• Previous experience in providing Cultural Training
• Degree or coursework in Intercultural Studies or related fields
• Home and Host Country experience preferred but not required
• Strong communication and presentation skills
