Job Summary

Committed to providing exceptional service, the full-time Online Customer Service Representative will process emails and inbound texts/chats from gym members, respond to inquiries, and manage membership options in a fully remote setting.

Key responsibilities:
  • Process emails and inbound texts/chats from clients' gym members
  • Respond accurately and timely to customer questions following established policies
  • Document customer interactions using in-house software
Required qualifications:
  • Must commit to a set schedule with a minimum of 40 hours per week (Monday through Friday)
  • 1+ year experience in a call center customer service environment (preferred)
  • Basic computer and typing skills
  • Positive attitude and excellent communication skills
  • Team player with a willingness to learn and grow
