Job Summary

A travel booking company has an open position for a Online Customer Service Training Specialist.

Core Responsibilities Include:

  • Creating content for training courses
  • Facilitating remote training
  • Assigning courses to learners

Must meet the following requirements for consideration:

  • 3+ years of training and education experience
  • Solid understanding of adult education approaches and corporate learning models
  • Ability to maintain knowledge of customer service tools, GDS systems and workflows
  • Ability to create content for training courses with a continuous improvement focus
  • Ability to ensure a rich, productive learning environment for all learners
