Job Summary

A company is looking for an Online Customer Support Representative who is customer-focused and diligent.

Key Responsibilities
  • Guide customers through online ordering and ensure accurate and timely order processing
  • Serve as the first point of contact for online customer inquiries and support order accuracy
  • Coordinate shipments and collaborate with internal teams to enhance overall customer satisfaction
Required Qualifications
  • Experience in customer service, e-commerce support, and/or order management
  • Familiarity with ERP and CRM systems, preferably Microsoft Dynamics
  • Understanding of order processing, logistics, and transportation coordination
  • Experience collaborating with Sales, Operations, Production, Logistics, and Customer Service teams
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
