Job Summary
A company is looking for an Online Customer Support Representative who is customer-focused and diligent.
Key Responsibilities
- Guide customers through online ordering and ensure accurate and timely order processing
- Serve as the first point of contact for online customer inquiries and support order accuracy
- Coordinate shipments and collaborate with internal teams to enhance overall customer satisfaction
Required Qualifications
- Experience in customer service, e-commerce support, and/or order management
- Familiarity with ERP and CRM systems, preferably Microsoft Dynamics
- Understanding of order processing, logistics, and transportation coordination
- Experience collaborating with Sales, Operations, Production, Logistics, and Customer Service teams
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
