Job Summary
An IT training courses provider needs applicants for an opening for a Online Data Engineering Course Teaching Assistant.
Core Responsibilities of this position include:
- Providing students with support via email and our online community
- Communicating with students to get the help they need even outside of their mentor calls
- Being empathetic and having excellent communication skills, to break down complex concepts for beginners
Skills and Requirements Include:
- Professional experience with SQL and an OOP language like Python or Java
- Are as passionate about teaching Data Engineering as about Data Engineering itself
- Have an excellent understanding of fundamental data engineering skills, tools
- You have a flexible schedule that allows you to work a few hours per day, at least 5 days per week
- Are able to provide support via email and Slack
- Are empathetic and have excellent communication skills, able to break down complex concepts for beginners
