Job Summary
An online education company needs applicants for an opening for a Remote Distance Learning Elementary Teacher.
Must be able to:
- Devote weekly hours to live synchronous sessions (hours are determined by state/client needs)
- Adhere to state and client-specific prescribed policies and procedures
- Take ownership for student academic progress and show an active interest in student achievement
Position Requirements Include:
- Be currently certified to teach in West Virginia with an Elementary endorsement listed on the candidate's teaching license
- Have HQT status in the applicant's state and to maintain this certification for the duration of employment
- Minimum six (6) months of student teaching experience
- Be proficient in MS Excel, Word, and Outlook
- Experience in a customer service environment
