Online Engineering Adjunct Faculty

Job Summary

Seeking a knowledgeable and experienced Online Engineering Adjunct Faculty member, this fully remote position will teach undergraduate and/or graduate engineering courses, deliver effective instruction, and provide timely feedback to students in a virtual learning environment.

Key responsibilities

• Teach a variety of engineering courses, including Engineering Problem Solving and Manufacturing Processes, as determined by departmental needs
• Deliver effective courses that meet program learning outcomes and conduct a one-hour live session each week
• Provide timely and constructive feedback to students through the online learning management system

Required qualifications

• Master's degree in Engineering or at least 10+ years of industry experience
• Previous online teaching experience at the college level is preferred
• Experience with a Learning Management System preferred
• Demonstrated ability to work with a diverse student population
• Strong written and oral communication skills
