Job Summary
An online educational provider has an open position for a Online English Substitute Teacher.
Core Responsibilities of this position include:
- Completing all grading, generate progress reports, and conducting parent conferences
- Supporting the instructional program through synchronous and asynchronous web conferencing
- Keeping student records updated, including cumulative files, online student and family information
Qualifications for this position include:
- Bachelor’s degree or higher
- Highly qualified and certified to teach English in Washington
- Maintain a dedicated, distraction-free home working environment
- Understanding of IEP/504 plans and how they can be implemented in a virtual setting
- Excellent attention to detail, and strong time management and organizational skills
- Proven commitment to student achievement
