Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required
• 3+ years of experience in sales, recruitment, or a related field
• Experience in customer service and cross-functional collaboration
• Broad knowledge of sales tactics and recruitment funnels
• Master's degree and 5+ years of experience preferred
