Job Summary

To support a growing team, the contract Online ESL Teacher will teach English to students in China remotely, focusing on building long-term relationships with students through stable class hours and fixed pairings.

Key responsibilities:

• Deliver engaging English lessons to students based on their individual learning styles and needs
• Maintain a consistent teaching schedule to foster student-teacher relationships
• Collaborate with dedicated associates for feedback and student-related discussions

Required qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree
• TEFL/TESOL/CETL certification or equivalent
• Experience in English as a Second Language (ESL/TESL) preferred
• Native or near-native English pronunciation
• Access to high-speed internet and an HD camera with a microphone
