Online Finance Adjunct Faculty

Job Summary

To support the Online Master of Science in Finance and Online MBA programs, the part-time Adjunct Faculty (Section Lead) will facilitate asynchronous course sections by engaging with students, grading assignments, and providing timely feedback, all while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Facilitate course sections by posting announcements, engaging in discussion boards, and offering virtual office hours
• Grade assignments and provide substantive feedback within specified timelines while monitoring student progress
• Communicate regularly with faculty and staff, and participate in weekly meetings with the Faculty Lead

Required qualifications

• Master's degree in finance, accounting, or a closely related field, or an MBA with a concentration in finance
• Significant expertise and relevant professional experience in finance and related fields
• Experience providing instruction to adult learners in an academic or corporate setting
• Demonstrated commitment to creating an inclusive and supportive learning environment
• Excellence in communicating and collaborating in digital environments
