Job Summary

Online Finnish Teacher, a part-time freelance position requiring a native Finnish speaker or qualified teacher to provide one-on-one online lessons to a beginner student via Zoom, with sessions scheduled once to twice a week in the US Eastern Standard Time zone.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct one-on-one online Finnish language lessons
• Tailor lessons to meet the needs of a beginner student
• Schedule sessions preferably on Mondays and either Thursdays or Fridays

Required Qualifications

• Native Finnish speaker or relevant teaching qualification
• Experience as a language teacher, translator, or interpreter
• Valid work permit/visa
• Reside within 20 miles of the specified location
• Availability to start as soon as possible
