Online Fraud Investigator

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Online Fraud Investigator to manage and support investigations related to fraud and theft.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and direct investigations on theft and fraud cases to maximize resolution and asset recovery
• Provide training for store teams on identifying organized retail crime using various fraud detection technologies
• Collaborate with law enforcement and industry partners to assist in the prosecution of organized retail crime

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Criminal Justice, Business, Risk Management, or related field, or equivalent experience
• 5+ years of experience in loss prevention, investigations, or fraud detection
• 5+ years of multi-store retail experience or equivalent
• 3-5 years of experience analyzing data and using investigative tools
• 3-5 years of experience conducting retail investigations and interviews
