Job Summary

A company is looking for an Online Grassroots Fundraising Contractor.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee the full cycle of national and state online donations, including email list management and fundraising across digital platforms
• Collaborate with the Director of Online Fundraising to test and scale fundraising tactics based on data-driven insights
• Develop and produce engaging email content and fundraising collateral while monitoring and reporting on key email metrics

Required Qualifications

• 1-2 years of experience in grassroots email or online fundraising, preferably in nonprofit, advocacy, or political work
• Strong project management skills for managing email campaigns from planning to reporting
• Proficiency in data analysis and reporting tools to assess email program effectiveness
• Familiarity with fundraising software and CRM systems, particularly ActBlue and NGP-targeted email platforms
• Proficiency in graphic design software such as Canva or Photoshop
