Job Summary

A company is looking for an Online Graduate Adjunct Faculty in Sustainable Business and Management.

Key Responsibilities:

Facilitating engagement in 8-week graduate-level courses in business and management emphasizing sustainability principles
Teaching courses asynchronously with an average of 20 students per course
Meeting expectations for timely feedback, engagement in Discussion Board tasks, and responsiveness to students

Required Qualifications:

Possession of a terminal degree (e.g. PhD, MBA) in Sustainable Business Management or related discipline, or a master's degree with ample experience
Proficiency in operating a personal computer and associated software
Strong organizational and time management skills
Personal commitment to the environmental focus and mission of the college
Experience teaching adult learners and/or teaching in an online context is desired
