Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and deliver high-quality instruction and course materials in alignment with curriculum and accreditation standards
• Maintain regular communication with students and provide academic support to enhance their success
• Participate in program improvement initiatives and collaborate with colleagues to support student engagement and achievement

Required Qualifications

• Master's degree in subject area or a related field with 18+ graduate hours in the subject area
• Ability to read, analyze, and interpret materials related to the area of expertise
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and relevant software for course delivery
• Ability to perform basic calculations relevant to course material and assessments
• Experience in teaching or instructional roles is preferred
