Online Healthcare Administration Faculty

Job Summary

To inspire academic excellence in students, the part-time Online Healthcare Administration Faculty will deliver online lessons, facilitate classroom discussions, and evaluate student work while engaging in professional development and adhering to APUS guidelines in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver online lessons to undergraduate and/or graduate students and facilitate classroom discussions
• Evaluate and grade students' assignments, providing effective feedback to support their learning
• Engage in professional development and participate in discipline-specific meetings and scholarly research

Required qualifications

• Doctoral degree in Healthcare Administration or a closely related field from a regionally accredited institution
• Five or more years of experience in the healthcare industry
• Preferred college-level teaching experience
• Preferred online teaching experience
• Record of excellence in teaching
