Online Healthcare Administration Faculty

Job Summary

To support online students pursuing master's degrees, the part-time Adjunct Faculty for the Master of Healthcare Administration will provide high-quality instruction, facilitate discussions, and offer timely feedback in a remote classroom environment.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver engaging instruction and support to students while facilitating class discussions and group assignments
• Provide timely feedback on assignments and maintain communication through virtual office hours
• Monitor student performance and report any issues to the lead faculty or Program Director

Required qualifications

• Doctoral degree with a focus on Health Administration
• At least 5 years of experience in the healthcare field
• Subject matter expertise in areas such as Healthcare Management and Public Health
• Previous online teaching experience in higher education is strongly preferred
• Proficiency in online learning platforms and standard office software
