Online Homeland Security Faculty Member

Job Summary

A postsecondary online academic university is seeking an Online Homeland Security Faculty Member.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

• Teaching a full-time faculty load
• Effectively engaging students in the course material
• Effectively monitoring and guiding discussion(s) on the threaded discussion platform

Applicants must meet the following qualifications:

• Terminal Degree
• Experience teaching in a higher education setting
• Demonstrated knowledge of current trends in the discipline
• Demonstrated ability to engage with students in a virtual environment
• Ability to provide constructive and substantive feedback on student work
• Proficient in Microsoft Office products with ability to quickly learn new technologies and software
