Job Summary

A company is looking for an Online Visiting Professor for Human Resource Management.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and provide students with an approved syllabus that includes terminal course objectives
• Organize, prepare, and regularly update all course materials using appropriate online technologies
• Set clear expectations for the course and ensure fair grading and timely feedback to students

Required Qualifications:

• Ph.D. and SHRM-CP required
• A master's degree is required, with 18 graduate hours in the subject being taught for undergraduate teaching
• Credentials must be awarded by an accredited institution recognized by the U.S. Department of Education
• Subject matter expertise and outstanding communication skills are necessary
• Ability to work collaboratively and facilitate diverse groups in a non-traditional environment
