Job Summary

A private, for-profit, higher education institution is searching for a person to fill their position for a Online Human Resource Management Teaching Assistant.

Core Responsibilities Include:

  • Support online undergraduate Human Resource Management class for the upcoming Fall quarter starting October 6, 2020
  • Use online learning platform (Blackboard) to communicate with students
  • Monitor engagement levels and provide recommendations on increasing student engagement

Skills and Requirements Include:

  • Master’s in Human Resource Management or a related HRM discipline
  • 3-5 years of professional experience in Human Resource Management
  • Previous teaching experience with adult learners
  • Ability to exhibit sound judgment in making decisions
  • Ability to lead group discussions
  • Strong communication, record keeping, and computer skills
