Online Human Resources Instructor

Job Summary

Seeking a part-time Online Human Resources Instructor, the successful candidate will facilitate human resources courses in a remote environment, engaging students through various teaching methodologies and technologies while providing support for their academic success.

Key responsibilities:

• Prepare and deliver engaging course content, facilitating discussions and grading student work while maintaining a presence in the online classroom
• Utilize active learning strategies and provide timely feedback to enhance student understanding and retention
• Participate in faculty meetings and professional development to stay current with best practices in online education

Required qualifications:

• Master's degree in Human Resources, Organizational Management, Leadership, or a related field with relevant graduate coursework
• At least one year of experience in a human resources role or related functions
• Experience teaching at the college level, preferably in an online format
• Familiarity with Learning Management Systems (LMS), particularly Blackboard
• Strong commitment to student engagement and academic integrity
