Job Summary

A company is looking for an Online Instructional Designer.

Key Responsibilities

Consult with faculty and subject matter experts on instructional content design and technology integration
Conduct needs assessments and develop curricula for online and hybrid programs
Design and edit multimedia content, conduct training programs, and perform quality assurance reviews

Required Qualifications

Master's degree or above
3-5 years of experience in higher education
Experience with instructional design and technology integration
Familiarity with learning management systems (LMS)
Experience with graphic design and Artificial Intelligence is a plus
