A company is looking for Online/Remote Instructional Faculty for Undergraduate Adult Learners.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and deliver courses aligned with the college's mission and standards
• Provide meaningful feedback and support to students, including one-on-one meetings
• Maintain accurate records of student engagement and submit timely grades and feedback

Required Qualifications

• Master's degree or terminal degree in a relevant field
• Experience facilitating groups, conducting workshops, or teaching
• Experience working effectively within a diverse community
• Teaching experience in relevant course content or as a practitioner in the field
• Proficiency in instructional technologies and learning management systems
