Job Summary

Passionate educators will find a part-time opportunity as an Online Journalism Teacher, responsible for delivering engaging live lessons, assessing student progress, and managing an interactive online classroom while working remotely.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan and deliver high-quality live lessons in Journalism tailored to a diverse, international student group
• Assess student progress and provide targeted feedback to ensure strong learning outcomes
• Manage the online classroom on Canvas, organizing assignments and assessments for easy access

Required Qualifications

• A minimum of 5 years' teaching experience at the high school level (Grades 9-12)
• A Bachelor's degree or higher in English, Journalism, or a related field
• Familiarity with online teaching platforms and a passion for technology-enabled education
• Knowledge of a US high school curriculum and associated external examinations
• Exceptional communication skills for effective interaction with students and parents
