Online K-8 Math Tutor

Job Summary

Seeking dedicated tutors, the part-time Virtual Online Elementary Math and Reading Tutor K-8 will provide instructional support to students across the United States, primarily during weekday evenings, in a fully remote contract position.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver pre-designed math and reading lessons to students in grades K-8 during scheduled sessions
• Build meaningful connections with students to foster a supportive and motivating learning environment
• Utilize provided curriculum materials and virtual tools to enhance the tutoring experience without lesson preparation

Required qualifications

• Experience in classroom teaching, tutoring, coaching, or similar student support roles, with a college degree preferred
• Ability to deliver targeted support for students seeking to improve skills at or below grade level
• Access to a reliable computer, webcam, and high-speed internet connection (minimum 20 mbps)
• Must reside in and tutor from one of the specified states in the U.S
• Willingness to commit to at least 80% attendance of claimed tutoring sessions
