Online Leadership Adjunct Faculty

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Adjunct Faculty member for Leadership and Organizations to teach online.

Key Responsibilities

• Facilitate weekly main discussion forums to engage students in the online classroom
• Adhere to weekly grading requirements, deadlines, and timeframes
• Respond to students' questions and emails within established timeframes

Required Qualifications and Education

• Preferred: PhD/DBA in Management or related discipline with a minimum of 3 years corporate experience; if non-business doctorate, an MBA is required
• Minimum: MBA with at least 5 years managerial experience
• Graduate degree must be from a regionally accredited university or AACSB/ACBSP accredited program or international equivalent
